After many years in the financial services industry, Rich Foerster became a licensed Realtor in 2002. Later, in 2004 Donna Foerster got her license and The Foerster Team was born! (Donna also worked in the financial services industry for many years. That's where the couple met!) Rich and Donna advocate for and represent buyers and sellers in Metro Denver, Colorado and the surrounding areas. Their focus is residential real estate. The Team specializes in listing Short Sale/Pre-Foreclosure properties.
The Team began their real estate careers with Keller Williams Realty. In February 2012, the Team moved to a new company, Rocky Mountain Real Estate Advisors.
Husband and Wife Team
As clients of The Foerster Team, you benefit from having two Realtors for the price of one. Donna's talents in marketing and technology are balanced by Rich's market knowledge, negotiation skills and attention to detail.
Formerly Trained in Customer Service
Combined, Rich and Donna have more than 60 years of experience in service related industries. They have been trained by the biggest and the best to provide their clients with reliability, availability, respect, trust and professionalism.
Consultant Vs. Salesperson
They believe in establishing and maintaining a consultant relationship with their clients. A consultant takes the time to understand their clients' want and needs, then recommends solutions that satisfy or exceed those wants and needs. A consultant educates in order to facilitate a sound business decision by their client. A salesperson simply coordinates the selling and buying transactions.
